We arrived not long after sunrise. I first wandered around with my new (to me) medium format film camera, the Pentax 645Nii. I still have a lot to learn about film, it certainly makes you think a lot more before taking a shot when you only have 16 on a roll.
After the roll was finished, I took out the digital and wandered through the forest. I kept being drawn to something a bit further on with beautiful morning light falling on it, but eventually had to turn back. Apparently some of the Plumwoods in this forest could be thousands of years old. It certainly has an ancient feel about it.
